Walk-In Contraceptive Services
Get all of your contraceptive care in one place: Hurlburt Field's Walk-in Contraceptive Clinic.
All beneficiaries needing contraceptive services are eligible for care and counseling at walk-in contraceptive clinics and can receive education on safe sexual practices, contraceptives, and STI prevention and treatment.
The clinic is open every Thursday, 8 – 10:30 a.m.; last check in at 10:15 a.m.
Services Offered
Full scope birth control-related care for all active duty service members capable of becoming pregnant (e.g., women, transgender males, non-binary individuals, etc.).
- Hormone contraceptive patches
- Hormone contraceptive pills
- Hormone contraceptive implants (i.e. Naxplanon)
- Hormone and non-hormone IUDs (Mirena, Kyleena, Paragard)
- Emergency contraception

How it Works
Birth control counseling is done in-clinic by a nurse and/or provider to assist in choosing the best contraceptive option that suits you. Implants and IUDs can be placed on the same day as your walk-in appointment.
