you are not alone. The Military Health System has many resources available to help those who need it.

Hurlburt Field Mental Health Services
Our facility offers the following mental health and substance abuse services:
- In the Mental Health Clinic, we have a psychiatrist, clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and technicians on staff. These mental health professionals provide comprehensive specialty care mental health counseling for military personnel assigned to Hurlburt Field.
- The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment program provides a full range of prevention education, outreach, evaluation, brief counseling, individualized and group outpatient treatment, and aftercare services to military members. The ADAPT program delivers top-quality treatment and prevention education services. Intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and withdrawal management services are delivered by our off-base local-area TRICARE network providers. Also, the ADAPT program provides a substance use evaluation and treatment-referral appointment to Department of Defense civilian employees.
- Family members of active duty personnel should contact TRICARE Humana East to obtain mental health and substance use evaluation, counseling, and treatment services.
What TRICARE Covers
TRICARE covers medically and psychologically necessary mental health and substance use care. This includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
