Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Optometry

We aim to deliver the highest quality, mission focused, best value, patient-centered eye care and vision research in the Department of Defense. Our clinic provides comprehensive, occupational and specialty eye exams. Walk-in services are available for the following:

  • Sudden, or within the past 24 hours, acute vision and ocular health changes
  • Patients wishing to have minor repairs or adjustments to military glasses
  • Patients requiring a copy of their prescription if it is less than 12 months old
  • Patients requiring an aeromedical service information management system update for distance visual acuity
  • Active duty and retired military personnel wishing to order glasses or protective mask inserts provided their prescription is valid
  • Patients needing a driver’s license form completed must have had a comprehensive eye exam performed at our clinic within the past 12 months
  • Patients processing for mobility appointment or deployment
