Attention TRICARE beneficiaries!
You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)

The ADAPT program provides a full range of prevention education, outreach, evaluation, brief counseling, treatment, and aftercare services to military members. These treatment services include: individual and group counseling, and outpatient, intensive outpatient, and inpatient treatment. The ADAPT program has a licensed clinical social worker or psychologist, certified alcohol and drug counselors, and technicians on staff to deliver top-quality treatment and prevention education services. Family members of active duty personnel should contact TRICARE Humana East to obtain substance use evaluation, counseling and treatment services. Also, the ADAPT Program provides a substance use evaluation and treatment-referral appointment to Department of Defense civilian employees. Additionally, we provide prevention education and outreach services such as briefings, trainings, DUI Simulator with Group-guided Discussions, awareness and informational displays and educational booths.
